Our facility is about 22 miles north, up I-45 in Spring. That is the wrong side of Houston from the Memorial Villages, and we built the service around that rather than asking families to make the drive.
Our pickup team runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We come to your home in Hunters Creek Village, or to your veterinarian’s office if that is where you are, and your pet goes directly to our building. Not to a holding facility and not to a third-party partner. One set of hands, start to finish, with two full-time veterinarians on staff overseeing the standards.

Angel Oaks is a family business, three generations of it, and the same team that answers the phone is the team that does the work. There is no call center and no dispatch queue.
Your pet receives a numbered identification tag the moment they reach us and it stays with them from arrival to return. The cremation is individual, so your pet is alone in the chamber, and you can follow where they are in the process from your phone through our pet portal. Most memorial packages are ready the following morning rather than the following week.

You call. We ask where you are and whether your pet is at home or at the vet, and we tell you roughly when we will be there. No forms, no booking system.
We collect your pet gently and take them straight to Spring. The identification tag goes on at arrival. The individual cremation runs two to four hours depending on your pet’s size, and you can check their progress from your phone at any point.
Most packages are ready the next morning. We can bring them back to Hunters Creek Village or you can collect them, whichever you would rather. Cost is by your pet’s weight. Most cats and small dogs are $200 to $250, and medium to large dogs generally fall between $250 and $400. That includes a true individual cremation, a dignified urn and a certificate of cremation, not as upgrades but as what comes with it. The full breakdown sits on our cat and dog cremation page.
Decorative urns, paw prints and keepsakes are available if you want them, and nobody will push them on you.
