Pet Memorial Services Spring

What's Included With Your Service

Every pet cremation includes individual processing, basic temporary container, and certificate of cremation. You’re not paying extra for the basics – they’re part of our standard service.

We offer upgrade options like wooden urns, ceramic keepsakes, and paw print impressions. But these are choices, not requirements. Many Spring families prefer simple services, and that’s perfectly fine with us.

Pickup from most veterinary offices in the Spring and greater Houston area is included. We work directly with local vets who know us and trust our process, which makes coordination seamless during your difficult time.

How do I know I'm getting only my pet's ashes back?

We perform individual cremations, meaning your pet is cremated alone in our chamber. Before cremation begins, we place an identification tag that stays with your pet throughout the entire process. After cremation, we carefully collect all remains and verify the identification before placing ashes in your container. We never cremate multiple pets together, so there’s no possibility of mixed remains. You can tour our Spring facility anytime to see our individual cremation process firsthand.
We handle both situations. If your pet passes at the veterinarian’s office, we coordinate directly with them for pickup – most Spring area vets already work with us regularly. If your pet dies at home, we can arrange home pickup for an additional fee. We’ll come to your house at a scheduled time and handle everything respectfully. Either way, we manage the logistics so you can focus on grieving and remembering your companion instead of worrying about arrangements.
Most cremations are completed within 3-5 business days from when we receive your pet. The actual cremation process takes several hours depending on your pet’s size, but scheduling and proper cooling time extend the timeline. We don’t rush the process because doing it right matters more than doing it fast. If you need expedited service due to special circumstances, we can often accommodate rush requests for an additional fee. We’ll give you a specific timeline when you arrange services.
Our pricing is based on your pet’s weight and starts around $150 for smaller pets. We provide exact pricing upfront – no surprises or hidden fees during your difficult time. Most families pay at the time of service, but we understand pet loss can create unexpected expenses. We accept cash, credit cards, and can work with you on payment arrangements if needed. Many pet insurance policies also cover cremation costs, and we can provide receipts for reimbursement claims.
Yes, we offer witnessed cremations for families who want to be present. This service requires scheduling in advance since we need to coordinate timing with our cremation schedule. Some families find comfort in being there for the final goodbye, while others prefer to remember their pet as they were. Both choices are completely normal and we support whatever feels right for your family. Witnessed cremations do carry an additional fee due to the specialized scheduling and staff time required.
We focus primarily on individual cremation because most Spring families want their pet’s ashes returned to them. However, we also offer communal cremation where multiple pets are cremated together and ashes are not returned – this costs less but means no ashes come back to you. Some families choose this option and hold their own memorial service instead. We don’t offer partitioned cremation (where pets are separated but cremated together) because we believe individual cremation provides the certainty families deserve during loss.
