Plain English: Texas law applies. If we end up in court, it'll be in Harris County, Texas.

You and the Company agree that any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms — that cannot first be resolved through good-faith negotiation — shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
You agree not to use the Site in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms.
Children's Use.
Plain English: this site isn't for kids under 13. If you're younger than 13, please don't use it.
In compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (thirteen). If you are under 13, you may not use the Site or enter into these Terms.
