We collect very little, protect what we have, and never sell your data. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices you have. In plain English wherever possible.
What We Collect.
We collect only what we need to serve you. The main categories are broken out below. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or sensitive demographic information.
Contact form data
Name, email, phone number, and the message you send when you fill out a form on our site.
SMS opt-in numbers
If you consent to text messages, the phone number you provide is stored so we can send those messages. See SMS Terms & Conditions for details.
Square checkout data
When you buy a product, payment information is collected and processed by Square, not by us. We never see your full card number. We may receive order details (item, shipping address, name, email) so we can fulfill the order.
Basic site analytics
Anonymous information about page visits — browser type, approximate location by region, pages viewed — so we can improve the site.
Service arrangement details
If you contact us for cremation, euthanasia, or aftercare services, we collect the information needed to provide that service — your pet's name, your address, appointment time, and any specifics you share to help us arrange the care.
How We Use It.
The information we collect is used for:
- Providing the service or product you've asked us about
- Sending appointment reminders, follow-ups, and billing information
- Responding to questions, comments, or requests for help
- Processing payments through Square
- Improving how our website works
- Meeting our legal obligations (recordkeeping for tax, regulatory, etc.)
We do not use your information for behavioral advertising, profiling, or any algorithmic decision-making about you.
Sharing & Third Parties.
We never sell your information. Period.
We share your information only with the service providers we need to actually run the business, and only the minimum required:
- Square — payment processing for product purchases.
- Email provider — to send you the emails you've asked for or replies to your messages.
- SMS gateway provider — to deliver the text messages you've opted in to.
- Website hosting — to keep the site online.
- Government or law enforcement — only if legally required by a valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
The phone numbers, email addresses, and other personal information we collect are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
SMS Data.
If you opt in to SMS messages from us, your number is used only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We do not share SMS opt-in numbers with anyone for marketing.

Cookies & Analytics.
Our site uses a small number of cookies. Most are essential cookies needed for the site to function — things like remembering your session if you start a form. We also use basic analytics cookies to understand which pages are most useful to visitors.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers that follow you around the web.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some site features may not work as intended if you do.
Your Rights.
You have meaningful rights over the personal information we hold about you. You can ask us to:

California Residents (CCPA).
If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights:
- Right to Know — what personal information we've collected, used, disclosed, and from whom.
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we've collected.
- Right to Opt Out — opt out of the "sale" of your personal information (we don't sell, but the right applies regardless).
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we won't charge you more, give you worse service, or otherwise discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Children's Privacy.
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we'll delete it.
Security.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us:
- The entire site is served over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
- Payment information is handled by Square and never stored on our servers.
- We don't store passwords because we don't run user accounts on this site.
- Access to administrative tools is limited to authorized staff and protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where available.
No system is perfectly secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to make our practices proportionate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
Changes to This Policy.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of the page and, where appropriate, post a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
For substantial changes affecting how we use information you've already given us, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you directly (email or SMS, as appropriate).
